PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We manage every aspect of your project from receiving and reviewing bids, working with our team of expert tradesmen and contractors, procuring materials, scheduling installs and supervising the project to be sure no detail gets overlooked and the design is completed to plan.

PARTNERSHIPS WITH CONTRACTORS AND TRADES

Working with MAKS Design Studio you have access to our expert contractors and trades that we have trusted over the years to bring our designs to life. They are licensed and insured and bring experience and problem-solving to every project.

 

Tailor made packages are based on your design goals and particular scope.  After the free 30 min design consultation, we will create an estimate based on your individual design needs.   For Projects 10 hours or more, services are charged based on an hourly rate of  $125. For Projects under 10 hours. the hourly fee is $150.  We can also offer a flat-fee rate determined by project scope.
